These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website genface.art and any related services (“Service”) operated by genface (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
genface generates synthetic photo and video content using AI based on an input face provided by you. The Service delivers content packs based on preset scenes and parameters. We do not generate or host content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
By uploading a face image you represent and warrant that (a) you are the person depicted, or (b) you have obtained explicit, documented consent from the depicted person to use their likeness for AI-generated content of the nature offered by the Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining such consent.
You must not upload images of minors, public figures without consent, deceased persons, or any image you do not have rights to. Violations may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, you own the generated content delivered to you and may use it for commercial purposes, including publication on adult creator platforms. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregate data about generations to improve the Service.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Lava.top for cards, NOWPayments for cryptocurrencies). We do not store full payment card details. All prices are displayed on the site at the time of order and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
Due to the generative nature of the Service, refunds are issued only when we fail to deliver the pack described in your order. If generation fails on our side we will either re-run the pack at no additional cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued to the wallet used for payment and may be subject to network fees.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet any specific aesthetic, likeness, or commercial expectation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
